By accessing and using our website and our services, including but not limited to in-person and online training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or our services.

2. Services Offered

Cuckmere Training specialises in high-quality training in residential child and adult social care. As an approved training provider by NCFE-CACHE, our programs meet industry standards and requirements. Training is offered and available in-person and online, providing flexibility for our clients.

3. Registration and Enrolment

To enrol in any training program offered by Cuckmere Training, individuals must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information. By registering, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.

4. Payment

Payment for training programs must be made in full prior to the commencement of the course unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Payments for all services offered by Cuckmere Training are to be made by Bank Transfer. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made 14 days before the training program starts will be eligible for a full refund. Unless otherwise stated, no refunds for cancellations made after this period will be issued. Cuckmere Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided at training sessions, online or on this website, including, but not limited to, course descriptions, presentations, and resources of any kind, are the intellectual property of Cuckmere Training and/or its licensors. Visitors agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without written consent.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants of our in-person or online training sessions are expected to conduct themselves professionally during training sessions. Any disruptive behaviour or violation of this code may result in removal from the program without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cuckmere Training shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with using this website or any of its services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Modification of Terms

Cuckmere Training reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without warning. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Visitors are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms to ensure compliance.

11. Email Communication

Although Cuckmere Training has taken steps to ensure that any e-mails and attachments sent are virus-free, Cuckmere Training cannot take any responsibility if a virus is present.
